2. Do you work only with Korean cars?
No, we supply parts for both Korean and Japanese, European and American cars, if they are officially sold or serviced in Korea.
3. How do I know if a part will fit my car?
We select parts strictly by VIN number. This guarantees that your order will exactly match your car.
4. What payment methods are available?
We accept payments in rubles, dollars, won and tenge. Payment is possible by bank details, via online transfer or in cash (depending on the region).
5. How long does delivery take?
The terms depend on the delivery method:
– Air: 5–10 business days
– Sea: 20–40 days
We always provide approximate terms before placing an order.
6. Is it possible to track the order?
Yes, after sending you receive a tracking number and can track the movement of your parcel online.
7. What guarantees do you provide?
We supply original spare parts with a factory warranty or contractual ones in a verified condition. All parts are checked before shipping.
8. Is it possible to return the goods?
Return is possible in case of a factory defect or an error in assembly due to our fault. We do not accept returns if the part does not fit due to an incorrectly specified VIN.
9. Where are the goods shipped from?
All spare parts and accessories are shipped directly from South Korea. We work without intermediaries.
10. Can I order a non-standard accessory or a rare part?
Yes! We select even rare, exclusive and tuning parts. Just leave a request - we will find and send you all the options with prices and photos.
